About me
My English editorial with a French accent.
I love to understand how human beings work. I love self exploration and I’m always searching for more awareness, more freedom and ultimately, more happiness. I’ve spent the last 21 years exploring how my ego gets in my way and that’s my job to help others do the same. I’m an executive coach and cultural change partner with Learning as Leadership: http://www.learnaslead.com.
I also have a passion for illustration and cartoons. One of my great satisfactions is to illustrate with humor or emotions, little/big human shortcomings that can become starting points for little/big changes.
I have no drawing training. I read a lot of French/Belgian comic books when I was young. I was fan of Hergé, Goscinny, Gotlib, Reiser, Franquin… and so many others. At 7, 8 years old, I was drawing a lot. Then I entered into the fog of the performance and I concluded that I wasn’t good enough to earn my living with drawing. I stopped. It took me 30 years to start again and to go through my doubts, self criticism, comparison patterns, fraud syndrome, etc. The noise of the Ego is still there, time to time, but much less lower. Blogging has been healing.
By the way, I’m french. I’ll do my best to have other people edit me before posting and I’m learning to be indulgent with myself when I see grammar and spelling mistakes… I hope you will be too.
Enjoy this blog and don’t hesitate to leave me comments or feed back.
Sincerely,
Carole
